Always with the shirt tugging with this kid, hopefully it wouldn't stretch the material. Zane had no idea just how much of a dousing McCoy had saved him from, just that by the sound of even the tiles breaking apart with the pressure he'd been saved from quite a bit of pain. The sprinkles earlier had already done a fine job of wetting the upper part of him, but now the water spreading over the floor was doing the rest of the job to keep his bare feet cold and wet. He was so going to catch a cold from this..

Feeling a sneeze coming on Zane covered his nose to chase it away. "She is? No wonder he feels so happy now." Well, play time with Seth seemed to be over for now. He really wished he could see what the chaos looked like, sounds of fire, explosions, shattering tiles, more explosions, it all probably made for a perfect picture in hell. Well, except for the loving brother and sister who were probably being all family lovey-dovey right now by the feel of things. Gross.

"Well, taking in all these insane emotions, especially that last one, has really tired me out. Wake me up when you think it's safe." It was late and Zane really was tired. Since he was already soaked he lay down on the wet but intact tiles and closed his eyes. There was no possible way he was actually about to fall asleep with Seth anywhere near, but a little rest wouldn't kill him. Besides, after all this he trusted the McCoy kid enough to think he'd at least warn him of any danger.

Calista gave a gentle smile. Her grip on Seth's arm slowly began to loosen when he began to return to himself. The chaos he had caused and the true threat he possessed was lost to her, she was just glad he was okay. She lifted one of her hands and gently brushed his cheek. "I'm alright Seth. Thanks." She smiled. In all honesty, she was still trying to figure out how all this had happened. She sighed and glared at Zane and McCoy....all her interest in the former was completely gone now. Seriously, didn't he know not to mess with the two of them? She wasn't even mad that they had tried to kidnap her, the fury was because they had upset her beloved brother.

Another thing that upset her. No apology? Nothing? She would admit, Zane had balls because now he was resting. Yeah. Despite the fact that the wall had erupted into flames, the tile floor was shattered and it was still pitch dark ...he was resting. Calista felt her fury sky-rocket. Shadows leapt up to surround her hand. They would pay for upsetting her brother. The shadows quickly fell though...but...it would have to wait until another time. She had a more important matter to deal with. Calsita steadily kept her eyes locked with his and slowly began to reach out for the dagger in his hand.

Seth smiled at his sister, simply content to remain like this for a few more moments. With how rare it was for them to find time for each other, and the recent, well Seth still wasn't sure what happened. Sure, he would've been made regardless of the fact, but to escalate so quickly into murder, it was defiantly something to think about, but ultimately not entirely troubling to the boy. He knew he was protective of Calista, maybe it was just more so than he though.

Of course, he felt a small stirring of irritation at Zane's comment, not that he would be bothered to say anything about it. They reaped what they sewed, and apparently it wasn't to their liking, too bad. Still, it did remind him that the current hallway was quite literally ruined. He wondered what he should do to fix it, or even, how to get out. Thinking about this, and uncertain of a solution that wouldn't result in even greater property damage, Seth didn't notice Cali reach for his titanium dagger.

Stealthily Shino made his way around the school humming James Bonn music. Was it still considered stealth if no one was around to possibly see you? ... .. . Of course it was! Giggling to himself he continued onward peeking around corners before running down the hall to the next intersection. The blue scarf was brought up over his nose to hide his identity. It wasn't like anyone would be able to recognize him though, he'd just arrived at the school this morning and spent the whole day unpacking.

To celebrate his first day here Shino had decided to show himself around. It was his first 'secret mission' in this new place he hoped to be able to call home. "Do, dodo, do dooo... do d-" In the middle of his merry tune something seemed to explode nearby. Curious as to the cause of such a ruckus he quickly made his way to the source, but when he pushed on the doors they seemed to be stuck. "Well, that can't be very good for people." Laying his hands on the door Shino activated his Physical Restoration in hopes of fixing the door.

Surprisingly the action started taking more energy than he'd planned. Whatever went on on the other side must have been really bad. The extent of his power to reconstruct the hall only reached about ten feet out, but the doorway was clear which was all he wanted for the moment. Once enough of the area outside was reconstructed Shino pushed open the door and stepped into... into... uh.. There wasn't anything positive he could think of to describe the remaining carnage at all. He'd just walked into hell. Some Pants-less guy was laying soaked on the floor, another one standing beside him, then yet another guy hugging some girl which sort of looked out of place in the whole picture. The door he entered through was right behind the two guys.

Smiling broadly at his new company he let out an energetic "Hi there!" Sure, he might have walked straight into hell, but that didn't mean he couldn't be cheerful about it. "I didn't know pants weren't a requirement here, can I take off mine too!?" The way he said it you could tell Shino was seriously considering the fact that he might not have to wear pants.

Was that... The door lifting? McCoy spun around, noticing as more and more of a person was revealed. There stood a teenager who didn't look to be much older or younger than he. A student had just fixed their mess, saving them from certain death with the strange Rosa siblings. Could there be a better time to appreciate the diversity, and the kindness at Ashford?

"Hey! How'd you do that? Wait, never mind. Thank you.

[/color]" McCoy crouched down so he was closer to Zane, not seeming to mind the water on the floor as he did. "Zane, we can get out now.[/color]" The question after the greeting took a moment for McCoy to remember to address, probably because he was relieved to have an exit. If the way he was talking fast or the excited tone he used was any indication, it would probably be easy for the others to gather he was quite pleased. Glancing up at Shino, he offered a weak smile.

"He was almost killed- I think being pantless is a bit of a bad luck, if you believe in that sort of stuff.[/color]" McCoy was trying so hard for lighthearted. He wanted so badly to act like what had just happened was nothing but a mere joke among friends. Except, it wasn't. Seth crossed a line in McCoy's mind, so keeping his anger at bay was only possible when he focused on escape.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]

The very personification of happiness seemed to be standing nearby, on the other side of the door maybe. Why were so many people out tonight? Didn't anyone have anything better to do then come to this groups little gathering? Like sleep for example, normal people did that. Normal.. well maybe that was the problem, this school wasn't exactly normal. Speaking of things not being normal, the sound of concrete grating against concrete was sort of confusing.

It wasn't until a new voice greeted them that Zane realized this new kid had some kind of ability to fix things. The joy that radiated from him sputtered when first came onto the scene, but soon sprouted right back to life. McCoy seemed to be the first one to greet the newcomer, trying to be as kind as possible through his own anger at the situation.

Unlike McCoy, Zane didn't really care to try and stay on this kid's good side, he was ready to leave... now. As soon as he was given the okay he got up and headed to the door. Truthfully, he actually was leaning more to like this new kid for the sole fact that his consistent emotion was a warm one, it made the hundredth mention of his pants lessness a little okay. "Yeah, thanks for the help."

Zane thought the getting killed part was a bit of an exaggeration, but he tended to underestimate situations. Either way with at least four drastically different emotions around he was back into a passive filtering mode. "Good night McCoy, Calista and Seth, pleasant dreams." That was his standard good bye for the night world and the neutral tone made it sound like all of tonight had been completely erased from his memory, there was no anger or fear his voice. In no way was that the case, first impressions were important and he'd do his best to avoid Seth later, Calista maybe not so much if it gave him another opportunity to mess with Seth.. next time he wouldn't put a stopper on the rage though and see what would happen.

For now, everything was solved and Zane was free to leave. The book seemed a little less important now, but he still wanted to get it back so he headed once more for his classroom. 'Dining Hall, West Wing.' He remembered where he was and exited through the door the new arrival had fixed up. He wouldn't ask McCoy to come along for the sake of getting away from his royal craziness back there, but the company would be nice.

Calista gripped the dagger in her hand. Those two would pay. No one ever upset her brother as long as she was living. Calista wasn't herself anymore. Afterall...one quality the Rosas shared...was their ferocity in protecting each other. Originally...the darkness manipulator had just planned on taking it and making sure Seth didn't do anything....but now....her fury was rising and cancelling out any logic. Now all she had to figure out wa how to get across and the best way to kill them.

Then there was shift...the ground changed and began to fix itself. What the hell was going on? The door then opened and a boy with blue hair? popped out. He seemed to be one of those overly-happy types that Cali was always annoyed by.

"NO! No more going without pants!" She snapped. The dark haired girl shook her head slightly, her grip on the dagger loosened. It was as if she was breaking out of some sort of trance.....Zane and McCoy were lucky the newcomer arrived when he did...otherwise the two would have been dead by now.

Zane began to leave and Calista could care less. It was probably better...if he stayed any longer he might only spark their fury once more. Cali didn't know if she would be able to stop herself a second time....

Calista sighed a bit and just hugged her older brother more. "are you sure you're okay?"

Seth frowned as he watched Calista's face contort in fury for a brief second, seeming like a ripple on her pale, beautiful features. He wasn't too concerned about the fact that there was sudden restoration to a portion of the room, mainly because it meant there was less work for him. Deciding to do his own part on that, he vaporized the water, causing the humidity in the room to go up greatly, but reduced the chance of any freak explosions.

Turning back to his sister, He smiled, running his hand along her cheek. "How about we leave here?" He asked. Sure it was a bit negligent of his duties to just leave the others here, still standing out in the hallways at such a bad hour, but the day had been draining, and Seth couldn't be bothered much to put up with others.

Shino moved aside as the taller boy seemed to look right past him on his way out the door before giving a bit of thanks then headed off on his own private mission without another word. Weird, the other boy near the door had thanked him when he came in as well. To him though, there wasn't anything to be thankful for, all he did was fix a few things in order to sate his curiosity. That sounded pretty selfish and not at all worthy of thanks. Oh well. "Sure thing, anytime." He waved goodbye, even if the boy never turned back around.

"Killed!?" Eyes wide, Shino gasped at the sudden explanation for the one who just left. "They'll go after your life just because you didn't wear pants!?" Who tries to kill someone just because in the middle of the night they decided they just didn't feel like wearing pants??? Often at night Shino had walked around his school (by school he means house because he was home schooled) in nothing but his underwear, not even a shirt, because he wanted a little midnight snack. What kind of demonic place had he enrolled himself in!?

Sticking out his tongue at the girl who snapped at him Shino yelled back, "Fine, if you're going to threaten to kill me then I won't take off my pants you ugly old Hag." He was under the impression that this girl was the one who almost killed that boy and thought she'd attempt to murder him next. Forgetting about fixing up the rest of the wall Shino turned tail and ran back down the hall, all thoughts of sneaking around the school forgotten.

[/color]" McCoy smiled, standing up from the spot he was kneeling in. He offered a small wave and a simple 'see ya' when Zane left down the hall. McCoy had to admit, it didn't seem like such a bad idea to follow after him- he might still need help, and the present company, at least two of the three, didn't seem that safe to be around when they were with one another.

Of course. Why wouldn't the kid insult Calista? McCoy gave a small sigh, watching the kid run away. Instead of running himself, he took a step in the direction of the wall, crossing his arms across his chest while just waiting for Calista or Seth to rectify the injustice the new kid had just offered up. There was no point in him running- where would he go? Cali and Seth were prefects. They could find him. And if they didn't bother to, he'd more than likely be placed on patrols with them at some point.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Calista shrugged off her jacket as Seth vaporized the water, hanging it over her arm. Well...that sure was enough of patrolling for her...she couldn't wait to just curl up in her bed and go straight to sleep.....it would be the best........wait a minute.

Did that kid just.....Just as she was beginning to finally calm down too! She tightened her grip on Seth's dagger, her eyes turning murderous once more. "Did that kid just call me a....hag?" She growled...damn it. But, luckily for the blue kid, Seth was there. It seemed like just Seth's touch or voice could tame the savage beast inside Calista....

She smiled as he brushed her cheek, smiling softly up at him. "Alright. Let's go. You better get to bed to McCoy." She said with a glare in his direction before slipping her hand into Seth's and beginning to pull him in the direction of the prefect dorms.

Seth's hand covered Calista's hand, gripping onto the one that was holding the dagger with a light touch, as he led her towards the sole exit. He was mostly doing it to make sure no one actually died here today.

Pausing slightly at the two main doors, he smiled at McCoy. "I hope your patrol goes better for you for the rest of the night. I'll write down this incident, so you don't have to worry about it."

He gave a small grin, before waving at the boy as he left.
