Elemental Transmutation- The ability to convert molecules to energy and back in an entity or object, the smaller the object the less time and force it takes to dissasemble/reassemble it, the process requires touch and particles from the arm being used will dissasemble as catalysts onto an object, an object smaller than a hand will transmute instantly while an object larger than a single bedroom cannot realistically be transmuted, an object the size of a head will take 12 seconds, an object the size of a 6ft person will take 94 seconds/1 min. 34 sec., an object as big as a car will take 546 seconds/9 min. 6 sec., for every 5 seconds 1/200 of energy is lost, Unconciousness occurs at 50/200 energy and death at 0/200.
Energy Blasts- the ability to take molecules altered into energy and project them as focused blasts, these manifest as beams of cerulean light, golden around the edges where alteration is occuring
Microscopic Vision- The ability to see matter down to it's particle form, it requires near to complete focus, and nothing else can be seen except the object focused on, so no peripherals.

Appearance: Allan is a regularly built 16 year old male who is 6' 1/4" and 159.2 lbs. He has an inverted triangle shaped face and seems a fraction lean. He has a pale skin tone with no tan, light blonde hair that is worn natural or with a slight part, steel blue eyes. He generally wears dress casual clothing and has a secluded demeanor. When off school, he will have his favorite pair of headphones wrapped around him somehow.
Personality
Overall Personality: Allan is mostly serious, he tends to speak only when it is important. He is very much a loner as people think of him being cold. To his few close friends he seems more friendly and open. He is very intellectual based, but is moderately athletic. If he were to pick a sport it would probably be track. His true talent is definitely in music though, being a solid Tenor II.
