Overall Personality: Alexandra is a sarcastic, humorous girl. She loves to have fun and make the most of every day. Although, this trait can be a problem with school. She tends to disobey her teachers, for she thinks they need to chill out and have more fun. Thus, she gets in trouble often, though she is used to punishments now. Despite this, Alexandra can be a loving girl. She loves to make people smile and hear them laugh. The mere thought of making someone happy does just the same for her. Yet, Ali does have a tendency to go overboard with her sarcasm, occasionally hurting others. This does crush her, and she immediately apologizes when this happens.
Alex is a total pyro. She loves to play with fire, and luckily, is very careful when handling it. When handed fire, her face lights up just as it does. Just staring at a flame makes her joyful. Alongside this, Alexandra is very fickle. She can barely make decisions and usually doesn't, leaving to decision making to others. When she does have to make a decision, she usually goes with the one the person asked first, unless the other option seems better.
Alexandra loves to makes things, whether it be out of paper, or something she found in the forest. Her creative style and way of viewing things takes over her whole personality. She loves to draw and write, though reading is usually not her favorite thing to do. She loves horror movies and romances. In fact, Ali is sort of a hopeless romantic. Love is something she has always wanted, finding her soul mate and getting married. Although, Alexandra usually makes friends who are guys, having only a few female companions.
History
Family Members/guardians: Lucie Ann Fletcher (mother), Derek James Fletcher (father), Devin Bruce Fletcher (brother), Joshua Roger Fletcher (brother)
History: Alexandra got off to a rocky start. Her mother died giving birth to her younger brother, Joshua. Due to this, Alex hated her brother. She blamed him for her mother's death, and wished he had never been born. She had been very close to her mother, and now she was gone. So, Alex teased and tormented her brother, so much in fact, that her father threatened to send to away to live with her uncle. Not wanting to live with her relative, she stopped being so mean to her brother, and eventually, learned to love him. How you ask? She saved his life when they went to the beach. He had gone out into the water and began to drown. Alexandra had been the one to save him. After that event, the two of them became thick as thieves.
When Ali was older, she accidentally discovered her powers. She started taking singing lessons, and when she practiced, her teacher just stared at her with larger eyes than usual. One day, when she was singing at practice, her teacher collapsed to the ground, knocking over her chair. The chair spun towards Ali, and scraped her shin. Just as the cut was there, it was gone. Shocked, Alexandra consulted her father about both of these strange happenings. He tried his best to help her, taking her to many doctors. After a few months, a phone call arrived. Ashford Academy wanted Alexandra to attend the school. Her father sent her to the Academy immediately, hoping for the best.
Two months into the year, Ali got terrible news. Her brothers had died in a car accident. Devastated, Alexandra couldn't believe she was an only child. She has always had a sibling, and quite enjoyed having them. Due to school, she wasn't allowed to go to their funeral, only making matters worse. It took Alex two years to get over the trauma, going back to her old self.
Behind the Character
Name: Hanna
RP Experience: 5 years
How did you find us: Proboards Support
RP Sample: It's from another site...BTW...Yanking out a notepad and pencil, Hailey bit her lip. She intended on writing a poem, one about love and heartbreak. Of course, that was what she normally wrote about. Hailey had always wanted love of her own, and prayed every night for it to come. Still, she knew that just writing poems in her apartment wasn't the way to make that happen. Yet, as for now, that was all she really could do.
Wiggling the pen in between her fingers, Hailey sought some sort of inspiration. She began to brainstorm ideas, resulting in nothing. After a moment or two, the impatient girl got to her feet and strode over to the window. The moon clung to the sky, gleaming through the glass and staining the floor. Star dotted along the endless black, twinkling. Smiling, Hailey recalled the night she and her father went out camping and slept under the stars. He told her about constellations and they each shared their ideas about he universe. The night had been cold, and her father had given her his jacket. Yes, that was a night that Hailey could never forget.
Wiping away a warm tear, Hailey strode back over to her bed and picked up the notepad and pen. She then decided not to write about love, but about the night sky. As she began placing down the words onto the paper, she realized how much she was crying. Apparently, the death of her mother and father was too much to bear, let alone think about. They had died in the epidemic, leaving Hailey an orphan. Although, she did have some relatives in New York that may/may not have been alive. Still, there was no way of knowing. Rubbing her eyes, Hailey sat up and galloped over to the bedroom door. A healthy snack was in order.
When Hailey got to the kitchen, a knock on the door signaled that someone was here to visit. Slipping on her shoes, Hailey skipped over to the door, a cracker in hand. Sighing, she unlocked the door and twisted the knob. As she opened it, she peered out into the night, curious as to who was there. Yet, no one was outside. She opened the door wider, taking a bite of her cracker.
"Hello?" Hailey asked the darkness, questioned if anyone was outside. Perhaps it was just someone pulling her leg. Frustrated, Hailey slammed the door and trudged back into her room. She hated it when people messed with her.
