1. Voice manipulation
Brittny has the ability to manipulate her own voice. She can cause her voice to come from different areas as a distraction or use it as a weapon with high pitch sounds or use it to communicate long distance (1 mile max). Another way she uses it is to hypnotize people. Using a certain pitch she can partially hypnotize others. They have the power to resist if they are aware of what she is doing, they have a strong enough will power, or they are covering their ears. She can use different volumes and pitches to temporarily deafen people, but it takes a lot of time to build up the air to make the right tone and afterwards she cannot use her voice for an hour. The temporarily deafness lasts for different amounts depending on the effectiveness and the size of the organism. Her power can be stopped if other noise interferes or there is too much material/distance between Brittny and the target. She prefers to use singing to perform this power, but she can use it by talking as well.
2. Sound manipulation
She can manipulate sound waves as another power. The only sound she can manipulate is her own. By whistling or singing, Brittny can ride the sound waves and go at the speed of sound. This is good for combat, but it only lasts as long as she can sing/whistle, so she has to also take breaks in between to get her breath back. She can also manipulate her sound to create a shield or battering force, but it again only lasts as long as her breath. By combining her voice manipulation and sound manipulation, she can guide her voice to the target, through obstacles and over a further distance (5 mile max). If other sound waves interfere, Brittny's sound waves may lose some power or be scattered. Large cities are bad for this power.
3. Echolocation
This power allows Brittny to use sound waves to see. By singing or whistling, she can see where the sound waves bounce off of an object to see around her. Invisibility, camouflages, and other disguising powers do not work when Brittny uses this power. This power can only help Brittny see where she sends her power. She would have to spin and sing to see 360 degrees. If someone is hiding behind something, she cannot see them.

Appearance:
Brittny is a tall, slender female. Measured, she is around 5'6. She has straight light brown hair that reaches the bottom of her shoulder blades. Being from France, she has green eyes. Her face always adorns a business-like look that tells people that she is serious. Thin lips compliment her sharp features and make her look disappointed or angry. Brittny keeps her hair down on a regular basis, only placing her hair in a bun or ponytail when it is more practical. She does not where makeup often because she is naturally beautiful and does not care much for appearances.
She prefers to where her uniform in the traditional style with the black skirt mid thigh, her red undershirt buttoned up, and her white blazer with all button buttoned-up. The red bow is perfectly tied and her Student Council band is on her left arm. A silver watch is on her right wrist to allow easy access to the time. She is never late. Any blemishes in her uniform drive her crazy, because she is a neat freak. When not at school, she wears comfortable clothes to allow easy movement, but she makes sure to keep her outfits professional. No excess skin is shown and jewelry is kept to a minimum. A small pouch is carried to hold her money and cell phone.

Brittny is a dedicated worker. She hopes to become a successful business woman one day, but is currently shooting for Student Council president. Intelligence is not something that is hard for her. High grades are easy for her to obtain without the need to study. Grades lower than perfect scare her, since she is a perfectionist. This can be her strength and her weakness. She has a good memory that allows her to remember dates and processes with ease. Math is her favorite subject, but she enjoys arts, music, and physical education. Due to her high intelligence, she lacks human emotions. It is hard for her to express her feelings to others, causing her to come off as cold and heartless. Maybe some day someone will be able to bring out her softer side.
This girl does not tolerate violence or opposition. The war taking place between the Battle Front Rebellion and the Prefects makes Brittny on edge. When fights break out, she is usually the one to break it up. Even though she lacks strength, she can suppress a fight using her nullifying power to stop the use of powers. The only problem is that it can only be one person unless she's touching them. To make up for this, she has trained in pressure points to take out others.
She is a very sympathetic person, even though she lacks emotional output. This puts her as a great outlet for sharing issues, problems, and debates. Her showing of concern and passion towards certain cases can make people assume that she will be biased. Although she would love to be biased towards subjects, Brittny does not let emotion effect her judgements. This again causes people to see her as a heartless person, which is not true.

History:
Brittny grew up in a happy family. They weren't rich and they weren't poor. Her parents were French born and raised, meeting at their school in France. Walter asked Taylor to marry him on graduation day. She said yes and they started their life together. After Brittny was born, they decided it was time to branch out. On her first birthday, her parents announced to family members that they were moving to America. A week later, Brittny and her parents arrived on American soil, where she was raised. She doesn't remember France at all.
As she grew up and her younger brothers were born, her powers manifested. Her first incident was when she was nine. The five person family was at the park, when Brittny fell off the playground. She always swears that one of her brothers pushed her, but there is no proof. As she prepared to cry, her sniffling built up the air in her lungs. When she released the build up, it came out as a scream. A nearby dog cried out in pain and continued to whimper and cry. After taking the dog to the vet, it was discovered that the dog was deaf. Using her voice manipulation, Brittny had found the right pitch to render the dog deaf for a week. Her parents were astounded, but scared. They knew what was happening. Children had been found to have powers lately.
Being a first generation gifted child, she didn't know what to do. Brittny hid her power from the people around her, but continued to practice in private. She learned that she could see things unobstructed and nearby by making noise and seeing the sound waves bounce back. Whether they were gifted invisible children or not did not matter. After a while, she also discovered that she could fight by manipulating sound waves. Brittny built up her abilities and started to use them in public without letting others know.
Some of her classmates with gifts began to vanish, but Brittny did not catch the pattern until it was too late. She was still subtly using her gifts in public, but she didn't know that someone had noticed. This person was part of the group taking students. One day, Brittny was out, when someone grabbed her and drugged her before she could fight back. She awoke in a room that she didn't recognize. After meeting people and gathering information, she found out that she was at Ashford. Ashford was a school for the gifted. Now she was attending the school with other students with gifts like her own. Brittny still doesn't know what happened to her family after she was taken. She hopes to someday see them again.

Uther walked at a painfully slow pace so that Xenia could keep up. He would have offered to support her, but his fur was coated in blood. Her beautiful white pelt was too pretty to get dirty. The Amoux Creek was a few feet away. Uther glanced back at Xenia and smiled. In a gleeful tone, he yipped, "I'm gonna go ahead to start rinsing off." Not waiting for a reply, he rushed towards the waiting water.
He ran at top speed before leaping into the air. "Wee!!" Twisting in midair, he splashed into the body of moving water. His head was submerged and he looked around him. Tadpoles scattered to find hiding places among the mossy rocks. Bubbles swirled around his body as the oxygen escaped his mouth and coat. The water rushed by. Uther's lungs started to beg for air as his hind legs hit the bottom. He bent his legs before shooting up and out of the water. His head broke the surface. The surface of the water was layered with the blood washing out of his fur. It was a relief to be free of most of the red substance, but it had reached his skin and the water could not wash it out. He would have to manually lick his pelt clean. Gross.
The bank was close by and Uther kicked his legs to propel him to the edge. His paws touched solid earth beneath him. Putting his weight down, he walked until he was in shallow enough water to sit partially in the water. Uther started running his tongue down his flank, tasting the mixture of deer blood and water.
