Basics
Name: Mansur ibn Amal ibn Abd Allah al-Baghdadi
Nicknames: He does not have time for something as frivolously stupid as friends, much less nicknames...
Age: 18
Birthday: March 15, 1996
Grade: 12th
Powers:
Fear manipulation: Mansur’s primary weapon is fear. Mansur gains his power by causing fear, and then drawing from the fear of others. By placing both hands on the head of an opponent, Mansur is able to draw out the innermost fears of said opponent. Upon contact, the opponent will begin to see his or her fears incarnate in front of him or her. Mansur can then extract the fear of the person and convert it into energy. The fear of the person and the energy Mansur has is inversely proportional. The more energy he draws out, the less fear his opponent has. As a result, Mansur must use his energy absorption and projection sparingly. If Mansur attempts to “dip into the well too many times,” his opponent will become fearless, and as a result, Mansur will become powerless.
In addition, Mansur must be careful as to not open up with his opponent’s biggest fear in an encounter. If he does, his opponent will not be afraid of his or her lesser fears, and therefore, Mansur will be powerless. He can detect how much his opponent is afraid of certain things, but he can be tricked. If his opponent is wise to Mansur’s power, his opponent can subdue his or her fears, making his or her worst fear appear as a minor fear, and have the energy converted be a small amount. Even though Mansur only gets a small amount of energy, he will still have drawn from his opponent’s biggest fear, and, as a result, he will become powerless.
Mansur can regain power if, somehow, his opponent gains a new fear that is more powerful than his or her biggest fear. Energy storage is indefinite.
Mansur can use the fear energy he stored in the following ways:
Active Camouflage: Once Mansur absorbs energy, he can use it to camouflage himself, though only to one opponent at a time. He can make himself look like anything he can imagine, or he can disappear completely. Using this ability drains the energy he absorbed in a function of time.
Energy blasts and constructs: Mansur can take the fear energy he’s absorbed and use it to either hit opponents with a concussive blast of yellow fear energy, or he can use it to create energy constructs. Both the concussive blasts and the constructs use up a different amount of energy. The stronger he makes either, the more fear energy they take. The use of this ability is more or less akin to ammo in a gun. Each “shot” uses up a “bullet”. When Mansur runs out of “bullets” he can no longer “fire his fear gun,” so to speak.
Fear aura: Mansur can project a protective aura that can shield him from dangerous situations. This aura is a function of time, just as his active camouflage. Mansur can also project a fear aura. The fear aura can be used to “refuel his ammunition”. Say Mansur drew out someone’s worst fear because he need a lot of energy. By projecting the fear aura, and grabbing onto the head of his opponent, Mansur can implant fear back into his opponent. Using this aura causes a concussive force that launches Mansur away from his opponent. In order to get the newly implanted energy, Mansur will once again have to come up to his opponent, grab his or her head, and then draw out the fear of his opponent. Mansur needs fear energy to use this aura, though he only needs a miniscule amount.
Enhanced physical nature: Because of the experiments Mansur endured, his muscular structure was altered. His new body gave Mansur enhanced speed, strength, and agility. While nothing too spectacular, Mansur is stronger, faster, and more agile than the average teenager. His strength and endurance being akin to that of a twenty year old olympic gymnast/wrestler.
Member Group: Prefect (Government Agent)
Canon or not: Prefect Commander A
Appearance:
Mansur has a permanent scowl on his face. His thin, dark brown eyebrows are permanently arched in an angry furrow. His chocolate brown hair reaches to the bottom of his neck. His bangs can reach over his eyes, but he parts them in a such a way that his hazelnut eyes are never obscured.
Mansur is very fit. He has trained his whole life to be a soldier, and he was put through an intensive, experimental program which furthered his bulk. He has honed his body to be a precise, deadly weapon. He is more nimble than he is strong. He is 130 pounds at 5”7’. He has an impressive bulk for an 18 year-old, but he’s not supernaturally strong.
Mansur is almost always seen in the school uniform. He is a soldier by nature, and a soldier is required to wear a uniform. The only deviation in his uniform is his father’s Iraqi army beret. The beret is primarily maroon, with black piping around the bottom. Attached to the left-center of the beret is a gold pin designed with a black eagle in front of a parachute surrounded by red. Personality
Overall Personality:
Mansur Jaffar Ajam is his name, don’t wear it out. In fact, don’t say it at all. He has no time for friends. He doesn’t have time to be friendly. He only has time for the mission; for order; for peace.
Mansur used to be a quiet guy. He never got in trouble and never challenged anyone or anything. He simply just existed in the chaotic world around him. Once his family was murdered right in front of him, however, everything about him changed. He joined the army his father had once proudly served. He became devoted to taking down every force of anarky that existed.
Mansur is not what some people would describe as nice. He is cold, calculating, and is a firm believer in the mantra, “The ends justify the means.” He is, in reality, extremely devoted to peace, it’s just that his methods can appear to be off-color to those who don’t think like he does. He will do whatever it takes to create order, even if he has to torture, maim, or even kill. He made a promise to his dead family; peace will be achieved, no matter the cost to himself or others.
Mansur is not above killing. He has done it multiple times, though only when it was, in his eyes, absolutely necessary. Mansur is not a psychopath, no matter what his actions reflect. He by no means gets any enjoyment out of causing pain, he only sees it as an unfortunate necessity to attain total peace.
The one thing Mansur will absolutely not do is fraternize with agents of chaos. He will, in no way, shape, or form, ally himself with those who try and defy authority for chaotic purposes. Even if joining with these anarchists will bring about peace, Mansur cannot bring himself to ally with people that are like those who killed his family.

tl;dr Version: Full version coming soon.
Mansur is born in Iraq to Amal and Nawra. Amal is a soldier in the Iraqi army, and dedicated his life to the irradication of terrorism. When Mansur was thirteen, terrorists invaded his village, and killed a lot of people, including Mansur's parents. In an act of despiration, Mansur flung himself at the attackers, and in this moment, his powers manafested. He killed all of the terrorists in the village, single handedly. Amal's war friend Wazir took Mansur in.
The American Army, who was occupying Iraq at the time, heard of Mansur's act, and sent representatives to him, to convince him to sign up for a special project for super powered beings. The project would enhance his natural endurance and strength. Mansur signed up for the program and underwent the procedure at the age of fourteen. For the next four years, Mansur was trained by the American government to be a soldier for peace.
During his time with the American Army, Mansur honed his powers. He learned pretty much all of the ins and outs of them, combat wise. He was trained in hand to hand combat, as well as with weapons.
For his first assignment, Mansur was stationed to be a prefect at Ashford Acadamy. He was told of the other agents, as well as the plan to cause chaos to bring the students to their knees. At first, Mansur was against this. After he was told that Ashford was actually a super human prison, where the worst of humanity could be found, Mansur was completely fine with helping in its destruction, no matter the cost. He was told that he was not allowed to tell anyone, even his fellow agents, about the supposed truth of Ashford, as the students would try to convince him of otherwise, and his fellow agents would become jealous that they were not entrusted with the same information.
