Nitrogen Manipulation - The ability to shape and manipulate existing nitrogen. Noel is able to use this power similar to how an air manipulator can use their power due to the fact nitrogen makes up 70% of the air. Unlike Air manipulators though this power has a few unique touches to it. Under extreme duress or as a last resort, Noel is capable of compressing Nitrogen into its liquid form for a maximum of five seconds, long enough to flash freeze an object. With concentration she is able to compress Nitrogen into an N4 compound. In other words, a crystal hard enough to rival diamond but can only last as long as her focus is mainly on the crystal. Furthermore any form of Nitrogen other than its gaseous state is incapable of being held naturally so Noel MUST create a protective layer around the base of the crystal so that it can be gripped. Lastly, there has been something odd noted with her power. If she channels her anger or hatred into her power she can force Nitrogen to combust and explode, the up side being that it lasts only a split second and catches nothing on fire. But thanks to how much it takes to do anything other than her air-like manipulation, she is believed to be an air manipulator.
Adoptive Muscle Memory - The power to replicate movement after observation. The user can copy any movement/action after seeing it performed, including acrobatics, martial arts, and other physical stunts. With these skills they can become masters and incredible at what they do, by combining what several forms and movements in rhythmic motions instead of using the same thing over.
User can copy how a person aims, giving themselves incredible marksmanship, though if they wanted to use certain weapons they would have to watch a person fire that weapon to be able to copy it. Such as how to fire a rifle as opposed to how to fire a bow, or how to throw knives or darts. With this power the user CANNOT copy superpowers and is limited strictly to what the human body can naturally achieve. In addition for this power to work, the user must be able to SEE the movement that is to be copied.
Blade Construction - The ability to create a bladed weapon from surrounding elements or by using the energy of the weapon creator. This weapon is strictly limited to blades and cannot be used for any other sort of weapons. It is possible to create elemental blades with this power, provided the element is there. The elemental blades last for only a few seconds to a few minutes depending on how much energy is used into the creation of the blade. The stronger the blade the shorter its existence and the more energy it costs to create. Nonelemental blades (like a regular knife or such) are not effected by time and only disappear when broken. Every blade regardless of elemental or not costs energy to create and even more so to make a stronger blade. By infusing more energy into an already created blade, even momentarily, will reinforce the existing blade to make it stronger. The reinforcement only lasts as long as there is energy being poured into the blade and therefore makes it a very draining skill. Lastly, this power gives her a unique little sub power that acts as an ace. She can absorb bladed constructs of others and use the energy of the construct to strengthen the next blade she creates.

Noel stands tall and proud at five foot six. She has a slender physique, most notable being her appearance of athleticism. She has straight golden hair that falls to her shoulder blades and can usually be seen pulled up into a ponytail. Her eyes are her most unique feature. Their color a rare oceanic color that blends grey, blue, and green and even brings each out respectively based on the lighting or the color of her clothes.
Her usual attire is the standard Ashford uniform but in her case, it is kept rather meticulous. Everything from the white blazer down to the black skirt is kept ironed and clean. Even her shoes are polished, further supporting her dignified air. Aside from her school uniform, Noel can be seen sporting either a fitted black suit or a pair of jeans and a tank top.

Noel's personality is complex in that she, like most of the human race, is a contradiction to herself. To herself, she is a strong willed woman with a will of iron. Even going so far as to disregard her own feelings and only follow her mind and morals rather than her heart. Although she does speak her mind, she will only offer the information she feels is necessary, omitting all the rest so that others may find it if they truly wish to. Although she is practical to a fault, she will only allow herself to be associated and allied with those who have earned her respect.
Although her initial personality appears cold and distant, she is far more than that. Though she may try to pose as the person who only follows logic, she is not exempt from following her heart at times. She is fiercely loyal to those she considers friends, even willing to put herself in mortal danger to keep them safe or give them a chance to carry on. First and foremost, Noel is the person who will sacrifice her own happiness for the happiness of others and sacrifice her own safety for the safety of others. She despises the idea of people getting hurt to the point she will even help a fallen enemy after the battle if they earned her respect.
Letting people help her is a huge NO when it comes to Noel. She refuses to allow others to help her as she sees it will only drag them into a situation where they will get hurt. Essentially, Noel is a protector, a knight for lack of a better word. Behind that knightly self though, is the heart and mind of an average teenage girl susceptible to emotion and every other bit of nonsense teenagers are influenced by. But as she is now, it would take something or someone able to shatter her world to force her to be the teenager she never had the chance to be. Even the person behind the knightly persona is a mystery to her but a mystery that can be unveiled....

History:
Noel was born in Miami, Florida. Her father was a workaholic and her mother was going to school to be a doctor. Thanks to both of her parent's situations, she never really spent time with them. Instead she spent most of her time as a young child being watched over by her mom's best friend, Siobhan (the "nanny"). When she was two years old, Noel had the privilege of being an older sister. Though at the time she was too young to understand, it would be evident in time.
As a child, whenever her parents were gone, Noel would constantly fight with her sister. Noel being the one who followed the rules and her sister as the wild child who blew them off. Only one thing kept the two from killing each other and that was the Nanny and the nanny's son. Growing up, they were the best of friends and it was only when Siobhan and Cal were around that they both behaved. At the age of 5, Noel had already started school and the teachers were worried about how quiet she was. In class and around the students, Noel never said a word and instead did the work the teachers gave her. Come time for teacher parent conferences, Siobhan went in place of her parents. The only complaint the teachers had being that she spent more time staring out the window than she did paying attention.
It was during one summer vacation that her mother and father went through their divorce. Although Noel knew what was happening at her young age of eight, she kept her sister in the dark hoping to protect her. It was after three months that the judge finally declared a verdict in the case of custody. Noel was to go with her mother and Sam was to stay with their father. They would alternate who got the children every summer until further notice. After that, Noel and her mother moved to Britain.
When Noel was 13, she went to a boarding school. It was a school designed to teach a girl how to be a proper young lady and teach a boy how to be a gentleman. School life was quite boring, the only thing she looked forward to were the summers she got to go back to the States to visit her sister and father. It was during the summer she turned 17 when the incident happened. Noel had gotten off the plane in Miami and had took a cab to her father's place. The second she got out of the cab, she could tell something was wrong. The house was too quiet. She walked into the front door and that's when it hit her. Crimson splattered the wall and carpet of the living room. Her sister was sitting in a far corner of the room, untouched by the staining but hugging her knees to her chest. Noel dropped her bags and ran to her sister, fresh blood staining her shoes scarlet.
When she reached her sister, all that could be heard were the tears of the younger Mercer sibling and a single breathy whisper saying she'd killed their dad. Torn between helping her sister and doing the right thing, Noel pulled out her cell and called the cops. Instead of saying anything she put the phone down and hugged her sister with the dispatcher still on the line. It took only a matter of a few minutes for the sirens to be heard. When Sam heard the sirens she panicked and blamed Noel. It was then that Sam lashed out at her older sister using the blood in the room to throw Noel at the front door as if to try and make her leave. It was when Sam attacked again that Noel's own power was triggered. All of the windows in the house shattered, the blood that Sam controlled was splattered on the walls again, and Sam was thrown against the wall hard enough to knock her out. The cops came charging in at that point after having seen the spectacle. Noel took the fall for her sister and said she'd killed their father. Because the cops had seen her use powers, they believed it and sent her to Ashford, leaving her sister behind.
