Basics
Name: Victoria Geist
Nicknames: Phantom (the one she insists on using), Ghost Girl
Age: Fifteen
Birthday: November fourth
Grade: 10th
Power: Intangibility, Invisibility, Night Vision
Member Group: Battlefront
Canon or not: Not
Appearance:
Victoria is small and slender girl, exactly 5 feet tall (not counting the measly inch added by her shoes) and weighs 105 pounds. While she has visible, feminine curves, they are nothing to brag with. Her long, thick and stringy hair is black with strong violet tint and reaches all the way down to her waist. She uses it to cover her eyes because she’s ashamed of them. Her pupils are just unnatural, black circles that turn hideously green whenever she uses her night vision. Most of her face is also hidden by her hair, but underneath it she has very delicate features and a smooth, pale skin. She could even be called cute.
Most often she can be wearing a yellowish uniform jacket with a black turtleneck underneath. She prefers dark, pleated skirts that don’t quite reach her knees and her favorite is one that matches her hair in color. Thin, black stockings and simple school shoes complete all of her outfits. She doesn’t use any makeup and only a simple gold-colored pearl necklace as jewelry, since most of the time only her mouth is fully visible, but she uses a perfume that has the faint scent of violets. Since she naturally resembles a ghost and her powers add to the resemblance, she has taken a habit of talking in whispers and laughing with dark snickers.

Overall Personality:
The first thing one should know about Victoria is that she absolutely loves pranks. Water buckets over door, frogs in beds, superglue on books and so forth… They are all in her list and the whole school is her target. It doesn’t matter whether she’s the joker responsible for a prank or the victim of one as long as she can get a good laugh out of it. Her excellent (and bit odd) sense of humor makes this fairly easy. While her pranks can be annoying, disgusting and even painful at times, they are always harmless. She doesn’t want to seriously injure anyone after all.
Despite her appearance and very mischievous nature, Victoria is quite organized and has a good memory. Homework and spy notes alike are always kept in tidy order in her secret folders. She also keeps a diary where she writes down all the pranks she has done or is planning to do along with the names of people she has met and pranked. This diligence translates to any work she does as well and she has the pride to finish what she has started. In general, her actions are thought through well, as long as she isn’t panicking.
Speaking of panic, Victoria is cowardly by nature and often the first one to run away when things go wrong. If running away isn’t an option, she won’t hesitate to lie, scratch, bite and otherwise play dirty to win. She tries to hide her fear behind her tricks and jokes, but seeing right through her isn’t difficult. However, not even absolute fear can get her betray people she sees as friends. Regardless, she is the type who pretends that nothing is ever wrong, even during bad times. Sometimes she just needs a warm hug to get her head straight.

Father: Hector Geist
Mother: Lydia Geist

History:
When a baby girl was born to an average German family, Hector and Lydia Geist were overjoyed that years of trying were finally rewarded. From the very beginning Victoria was an energetic, attention loving child and very quick in her actions. Unfortunately, her parents were busy people who couldn’t always play with her. As a clever child she found ways to keep boredom away, which usually involved a white surface and some finger paint. Scolding her worked roughly five minutes at a time and the child was soon devising a new trick to get attention. However, that didn’t prepare the family for what was coming.
Both parents were in for a quite a shock when in the age of thirteen their daughter started living up to the Geist name bit too literally. She surprised them by walking through a wall with a full cookie jar while they were cleaning her room. Needless to say, they didn’t pay much attention to the stolen cookies. After some stern talking, Victoria admitted that she had discovered her abilities few months earlier, but practiced them in secret. The concerned parents contacted dozens of experts, but whenever doctors, psychiatrists and an occasional priest wanted to examine the girl, she pretended that she had lost her ability. Fooling them was much more fun after all.
After a year and half of time wasted, Ashford School for the gifted contacted the Geist family and offered to take care of things. While the parents felt quite bad about throwing their only child into a distant private school, Victoria didn’t mind. As a matter of fact, she loved the idea of meeting new people and seeing their reactions to a trickster who can walk through walls. She has spent few months at Ashford, studied new subjects, gotten used to the daily life and of course, picked a side. Even though she dislikes fighting, she joined Battle Front Rebellion because sitting in the sidelines and being oppressed are not her things.
Now, the little trickster is ready to prank everyone she meets.

The warm sun was bathing the Courtyard in pleasant light. Many students had gathered there to enjoy the beautiful day and among them was short girl with beige uniform. She was slowly walking towards the East Wing while clutching a thick, black book against her chest. Her dark, stringy hair, pale skin and hunched walk made her look odd, almost like a ghost. The twisted smirk on her lips was making people around her uneasy. Some turned their back to her while others even took few steps away. Whispers spread among the people she passed, most of them less than pleasant.
Victoria, the girl in question, didn’t mind being treated like that, no, quite the opposite actually. She enjoyed the attention she was getting. People who looked away when she glanced at them made her feel menacing despite her size. The whispering behind her back was like music to her ears. It all meant that people noticed her and that was good enough. However, being noticed had downsides. Suddenly a tall boy stepped on her path, looking down at her with an arrogant grin. “Hey look! I didn’t know they let babies in here. Are you lost, kid?” Victoria didn’t know the boy. He probably had just picked someone weak-looking to bully out of boredom. Typical.
She tilted her head and her hair fell aside, revealing one black pupil. “Tell me... Do you believe in ghost stories?” The boy sneered at the strange question and crossed his arms. “Hah, heck no! Those are for scaring kids.” His confident answer made a dark chuckle rise from the girl. “Maybe you should start believing...” Without any warning, she walked straight at the bully, passing straight through him. “Because you are in one...” The boy spun around, but the girl was nowhere to be seen. Only her ghastly laughter was left hanging in the air. The tough guy went visibly pale and muttered something about stupid ghosts before walking away with shaky steps.
Few minutes later, a giggling, transparent figure appeared behind a nearby bench. Victoria turned fully visible and sat down on the grass. The reaction of that boy had been just what she craved to ease her boredom. She opened her black diary and started writing down the details. Even such a small encounter, only few seconds and some words, was an experience worth remembering for her. When the short story had been recorded, she stood up and headed towards the library. Her silent hope was to run into another person to play with before the next class started.
