As the sun slowly rose over the trees, a beautiful scene of light mixed with shade could be seen on the forest ground below. Today was truly a lovely day, it was perfectly blue with some lazy clouds rolling overhead, and a full bright sun high in the horizon. There was peaceful sounds all through the forest. From the sounds of a gentle breeze against the tall oak trees, to the very few animals that rested there walking along the floor beds, crushing leaves under there small legs. It truly seemed to be a perfect peaceful day, that was in no way ruined to the sound of shouting, followed by running by what sounded to be one male, being followed by a group of ten or more. "He into the forest! Find him!" Barked one of the people in the group, which followed by the group splitting away, and running away from each other through the forest. After they had all gone deeper into the forest, the silence returned, but only briefly. After a moment of silence, a small reselling of branches could be heard, before a figure slid down the trunk of a tree, and peeked from behind it.
"Phew...You'd think they'd found a killer or something." It was at this point that the male behind the tree finally spoke. The male was none other then Rex, who by the looks of it, had been going through quite the hard morning. He patted off his pants a bit, noting the dust, and dirt that covered his person, and wiped the sweat from his forehead, form a good deal of running he had to do. He then took a seat at the base of the tree, thinking back to how exactly this all started, I mean it started like a normal day for the most part...
One Hour Prior.
"Uh...A sandwich would be fine...Thank you." Rex said to the lady at the counter, ordering his lunch. Today had been another normal day. He went to classes, did some workouts, and talked to V, who he recently met once again. His days have been pretty nice sense he found her, and having someone to talk to on this prison island was starting to change his mood as well. He took his food from the lady, thanking her, and taking a seat at a nearby table. While eating his food, he heard a strange commotion on the other side of the lunchroom, and he could have sworn he saw one or two guys pointing at him...But he ignored it, he promised V after all, that he'd stay outta trouble as much as he could help However, halfway through his lunch, he noticed the group of what looked to be prefects walking over to him, and he knew he wasn't going to be able to keep that promise. "Can...I help you?" He asked, though he didn't match there gazing, and angry eyes. They then began to rattle off things hes heard before. His appearance normally gave him this kind of treatment between law officials and the such, before the 'leader' decided that he didn't like the attitude Rex was putting out, and also for some reason started linking him to a spread of fights that seemed to be happening recently. When he went to grab Rex, to pull him up and take him with them, he smacked his hand away, before getting up to leave. He'd avoid fighting..But he wasn't about to be man handled, or taken in for nonsense, he had to drawl the line.
It was, of course at this time, that the group deiced that force was a necessity, and started to back Rex against a wall, refusing to let him pass. With nothing else left to do, and with very little means of escape, Rex turned, slammed his fist hard into the wall, breaking away a decently large portion of it, before he escaped through it, leading the prefects to give chase, now with a viable charge against him. Of course this lead to a whole day of escaping from an ever increasing, group of prefects all trying to take him down.
Now.
He ran a hand through his red locks, sighing softly to himself, before gripping one of the stray strands of hair that fell over his face, and looked at it. "Maybe I should just dye it Black...Or shape it differently or somethin...Would save me alotta trouble I'm guessing..." He stood up, ready to leave, and maybe head back to his room. He knew he was going to have to be careful, blowing a hole through a wall must have put him on a few peoples lists, so he'd need to watch where he walked. He was starting to head out, when he froze in his position, and turned to the sound of rustling, and moving in front of him. There would be no time to hide, and something told him he wouldn't want to turn his back on whatever was coming towards him. He glared forward, waiting to see what he was up against.
