Aura smiled as she swirled light around her, practicing with a light show she had been developing as she had been stuck on the island. She was a singer, a performer, so working on her powers in a non-destructive manner had become a small hobby of her's, when she wasn't playing her keyboard or guitars that was. She smiled as the weaving of light scattered, recollecting in streams that spun beautifully above her head. Light shows were something she had always wanted to incorporate into her shows, the shows she wanted to have at some point in her future. However, she had always had trouble trying to figure out a way to make them unique, but her strengthening light manipulation was the perfect way to set her apart from other singers on tour.
She smiled to herself, cutting off the light show, the particles scattering in a fire-work like shower and sparkle. The young singer beamed at the shower of light, loving her powers and how showy she could be with them when she chose to. It worked well for a performer, someone who wanted to be able to be flashy while singing. She tapped her chin, thinking on the subject. The only real question on her mind now was whether she'd be able to pull off the light show while singing and dancing, or if that was too much multitasking for her to do.
The girl spun and darted over to the tree line where her custom left handed acoustic guitar was sitting. If she was going to attempt to do it she may as well go all out and include her usual instrument, even if on stage she was going to be using her electric. She slung the strap around her body and went back to her spot on the beach, pulling her white tank top back down over her stomach, kneading the sand with her bare feet for a moment as she contemplated tucking it into her shorts. She decided against it before tuning her guitar for a moment before she started to sing and dance, light swirling around her, though not as strong as before. She was able to project her voice well enough and keep her beat steady, then again it was one of her favorite songs.
She ended the song after a few minutes, the light show ending the same way as before, panting a little from the exertion. "I...need more practice..."
