Appearance: Cameron is an average girl in the way of height and weight. She's quite satisfied with the way she looks, and isn't afraid to show herself off at times. She has bright green eyes that she tries to compliment with makeup, but she has recently stopped wearing makeup due to how long it takes to apply. She has thick eyelashes with or without the help of mascara. Her blond hair comes to her mid-waist when she stands, and she spends a long time brushing it so it doesn't fly around; when her hair isn't brushed, it flies off in random directions.
She attempts to dress nicely, but it doesn't always turns out in the way she plans. She mainly prefers to wear comfy clothes, but she's far more than happy to wear something that looks nice if she finds something. She always wears at least one necklace with whatever outfit she has planned for the day. She wears glasses to read, and she always keeps them neatly folded either on her shirt collar or on a shirt pocket. Occasionally, she clips her hair up in a hair clip shaped like a deformed strawberry (She tried to make her own accessories at one point. She doesn't anymore, needless to say.)
Personality
Overall Personality:
Cameron is normally a fairly happy person. She brushes off bad things people say about her with a laugh. She tries to always think on the positive times, but it's still difficult sometimes. When she needs to cheer herself up, she'll normally go to a science lab and sit alone for a little while.
Despite her seemingly natural affinity for speaking to strangers, she actually somewhat shy. She doesn't show it, but she feels ill if she talks to someone she doesn't know. She will still smile through and talk to them just as much as anyone she knows well, though. Cam cares about all people, even if they're strange to her or don't like her. That sometimes makes people that already dislike her dislike her even more.
Cameron always tries to make the people around her as happy as she is. She'll do anything in her power to please people, and that has landed her in several bad situations. She's somewhat naive at times, so that doesn't help her at all. She follows along with almost anything she's told until she finds solid proof that whatever she's going along with is wrong. When she finds proof that she has been lead on, she gets angry and will confront and explode at whoever it was that lead her on.
She will eventually mature and become less naive and talkative as she gets older.

History:
As a child, Cam was somewhat of a social recluse. She would spend most of her time reading or trying to hone her academic skills. Most children found her somewhat awkward to be around, so they would avoid her; she wanted friends, though.
When she reached her early teenage years, she slowly began to break her way out of her shell. She loved talking to people, but few really enjoyed talking to her. She became a little bit too excited over managing to break out of her shell, so she never really stopped talking. Her grades began falling, but her parents made her bring them back up before she left.
She didn't discover her powers until she was around 14-years-old. Her brother was ill and having nightmares, and she sat by his bedside. She told him she'd pray for his fever induced dreams to go away, and she did. Instead, she ended up entering his dream instead. She was terrified, but found a way to escape after what felt like an eternity. When her brother healed, she told him all about it. Although Gilbert didn't believe her, he still kept it a secret just in case. Someone inevitably found out about Cameron's powers and she was forced to go to Ashford Academy.

Adam's eyes swept the devastation around him. Glass was shattered on the ground everywhere and shops were completely emptied of their contents. Adam's heart jumped to his throat as he realized that his father's shop was down this road. His feet hit the pavement as he dashed for the shop. Upon his arrival, he found the shop in complete ruins. Painted upon the once clear glass was one word.
"Juden."
Jew.
Adam let out an angry cry as all of his bent up anger finally burst out of him. His fist slammed into the glass and it shattered around his fist. Adam let out a small yelp when his fist made contact, as some shards of glass ate their way into his knuckle. Some of the nearby shop keepers slowly looked up and gave him pitying looks. He snarled and yelled, "What are all of you looking at!? Tend to your mess, and I'll tend to mine," to no person in particular. A few of the keepers turned back to their own shops. The others shook their head and kept watching him like his anger gave them a temporary escape from their own pain.
His father's livelyhood and his family's sole way of paying for themselves was gone. It was gone due to something that shouldn't matter to anyone. Adam's family wasn't even of the Jewish faith; their name, however, said differently. Maybe it really was time for their family to leave Germany for a different place. Adam shook off the thought and ran one hand through his dark hair. No. They'd rebuild. They would rebuild the shop, and everything would go back to the way it was before.
