- Gifted Intuition: Her senses and perception are able to identify those who possess genetic mutations. To be simple, she is able to sense other gifted at a maximum radial distance of 200m. However, in that maximum range, the signal becomes very faint. The zone in which she will be able to certainly feel surrounding gifted is at a 100m range. So far, she is only able to sense those who have unlocked and have fully used at least one of their powers. She is not able to tell what their powers may be, but only that they do possess powers that a normal human cannot have. The question of whether she is able to sense those with potential mutations is still to be proven, as she has never detected anyone who later turned out to be gifted.
- Inner Mental Space: Through either sleep or thorough meditation, she is able to enter her own subconscious as if she was completely awake mentally. It appears to her as a separate dimension where she is able to think, ponder, and review her past thoughts as if she existed within a library. The only information she is able to access in this space are information that she has knowledge of. She also needs to be able to have a clear memory of that information, or it will appear simply as vague fragments. As every mind is prone to hesitation, doubt, and other similar emotions, other versions of herself may form as apparitions in her mental space. They only exist to question her own thoughts and debate with her, just as normal hesitation happens in the human brain. Within this space, time occurs much slower. An hour in the real world is equivalent to a whole day of existing within that space. Whatever happens in this space, she remembers once she wakes up. Because of this, she is unable to experience dreams like a normal human. Although this space is very much a dreamlike state to her. There's a possibility that other telepaths who are able to read or communicate to the minds of others could be pulled into this mental space if they invade too deep into her mind.
- Enhanced Mental Processing: Because of her already innate mental capability, her mind has developed to think much faster than a normal human being. Since she is able to process the perceived information a lot faster, she can react and form decisions in response to various stimuli that she experiences. This aids in both reacting and forming strategies on the fly. However, as this only affects her mind, it's up to her body to move fast enough to keep up with her thoughts when it comes to reacting to things in battle.

Appearance:
Weiss possesses a more mature look than an average girl her age. Her skin is unnaturally pale, the result of her life mostly being lived indoors. The texture of her skin is incredibly smooth and well-maintained. There are little to no blemishes, which gives it a very doll-like appearance. One of her eyes have been removed, leaving a scarred socket in its place. What's over it is a flower-shaped eyepatch. However, her other eye is a deep crimson in color. Its gaze shows someone who's full of constant streams of thought, but little feeling or empathy. Her straight hair is very long, reaching up to her waist in length.
Her choice of clothing seems to be very elegant. She likes to wear long, flowing dresses with a pure white color. However, as this is only her preferred choice of clothing, she won't hesitate to wear anything else if the situation calls for it. Her hair is usually tied up with a small bow at the top. This is to keep her hair from draping any lower. As she doesn't like to bring attention to her right eye, or the lack thereof, she almost always refuses to remove her eyepatch.

Overall Personality:
Although Weiss prefers solitude, she is always open to any sort of social activity. This is because she believes that it's a very effective way to gain more knowledge and information. Coming from that, she values knowledge highly. Her talks almost always ends up being very philosophical and she tends to bring up very sensitive subjects like morals or even the meaning of life and existence. Consequently, not a lot of people are drawn towards her after that. Her manner of speaking is very polite, almost to the point of elegance as she was raised to speak that way. Even though it almost feels soothing talking to her, she doesn't feel much empathy. Because of this, she is prone to saying very hurtful or insensitive things at times.
She sees herself as part of a newer stage of humanity, the next step towards a greater life form. Because of that, she sometimes ends up holding regular people in lesser regard than hers, though more on pride in ability and less on oppression. She is very affectionate and social towards those of her kind. There are exceptions, of course, as those who have wronged her will quickly fall out of her favor and will have to regain her trust one way or another for her to treat the the same way again.
As she was very sheltered most of her life, she is very fascinated by human interactions. She is like a child who sees new things and learns more and more. Because of her inexperience outside of reading books and being educated, however, she tends to be a bit naive towards many social practices. Still, she has a very good sense of logic and she has personal standards of right and wrong. That still doesn't mean that she will refuse giving something new a try, as it's also a chance of obtaining new knowledge for her.
By spending time observing others, she gets a very good read on them. This is further augmented by the fact that she's able to exist in her dream world in order to ponder and think about those things. Because of that, she's a very quick learner. Many of the techniques she uses in battle were learned from knowledge she studied from within her mind whilst in a state of rest. Above all of her extreme attachment to knowledge and her curious and blunt nature, it led her to form a sense of honor and a very strong directive. Her code was not to harm those she observes, unless completely necessary. To her, she's simply an observer and nothing else.

Weiss had a widowed father who was a professor. His whereabouts are currently unknown. She was their only child
History:
From birth, somehow Weiss' father knew that she had something special in her. That was because her mother was gifted, hidden by her normal human father from everyone to keep their family safe. Her mother was a powerful psychic and was the first mutation in her family tree. She had a very sickly body, and despite the risks chose to bear a child. As expected her mother passed away. Grief-stricken, her father was driven into madness. He began to have delusions that gifted were the new age of humans, a new mutation that will one day remove all the weaknesses of normal average humanity. Of course, he passed down those principles to his daughter. He kept her sheltered, wanting to make sure that when she finally grew up, she will become the perfect first step in the dawn of a new era.
However that didn't mean that he treated her like a good father. She was forbidden from leaving or even seeing what's outside the house. She lived a completely sheltered life until she finally displayed her power. Her sleep cycles were very frequent, but short. And she was learning abnormally fast for a human. After just scanning through her father's books, she was able to gain their knowledge after a good night's rest. Deciding that it was time, she was sent to her father's lab during her sleep. That was the beginning of the complete change in her life.
She was constantly experimented on everyday. As her mother was a psychic, her father hypothesized that her powers were unlocked in the brain. To access this, surgery was performed in order to remove one of her eyes for easy access into the brain. Years passed that she spent her life in that lab, constantly fearing any harsh and painful practices that were going to be done to her. What calmed her down was sleep, and the moments where she was able to talk to the only ones who understand her plight: her other selves. She also found comfort in gaining knowledge, and eventually she accepted any strange experiments done to her only if she were to obtain a piece of interesting and new knowledge in exchange. Besides, she was powerless to escape, so she accepted her fate.
Years passed and she matured. Through those years, a door opened for her. Literally. A new trainee that was brought in by her father left the locks to all the doors unchecked, and a clear escape was there for her. For the first time in her life, she was able to see the outside. As she saw all the new things she's never seen before in person, she aimlessly wandered about. Eventually, she experienced a very strange sensation. As she followed this unfamiliar feeling, she ended up meeting some people from the government. One of them began to emit these strong wavelengths that drew her towards them. As she was still wearing her lab attire, scarred and battered from her experiments, they took her in. That was all that she remembered of her life before she planned to start anew in a place where they said she would meet those who have suffered like her, those who had special abilities like her, in a place that would keep her safe from the bad people who forced the experiments on her.
With a weak smile, she replied to them. "... That was my father. He was simply doing it for the sake of the future."
