Power: Cellular Manipulation (Shapeshifting)- He is able to manipulate and change his body into a different form meaning he can change into an animal,Though this comes with a price. First of all he can not speak when in animal form also he can not stay like this for more then 12 hours. Second it is extremely painful to change and most of the time he will pass out for an hour after this, and he can only change into animals that he has come into physical contact with and spent at least an hour with him. Also he cant remember everything after changing, and when he shifts into an animal his eyes stay the same shade of blue so that means if someone knows him or his eyes they will most likely find out its him. The up side of this though is that when he shifts the powers of what he turns into will almost always become his own, like if he were a wolf he would hear better run faster and jump higher, this also allows him to barrow things from the animal but only for a short time,but this also means he is weakened by what that animal is weak to. He is always very weak and very tired after shifting and always has a huge need to eat something after his shift, no wounds received in battle will go away for the shift and he due to his power he take at least a week longer to heal then the normal person, and that's with none lethal injuries. Along with the injury thing due to his powers some injuries given to him when in animal form are much worse after transformation and could kill him in his human form if not rushed to a hospital.

Appearance: Echo is a very tall emo looking guy,with a very muscular tone but not to big that it makes him look like he will fall over. His hair falls below his forehead and he likes it that way almost all the time, never really changing it to look any other way. He is always in some kind of formal dress attire even when he is not in his school uniform though he almost always carries his jacket over his shoulder instead of putting it on. His eyes are an ice blue that is hard to find and it is almost like he can look into your soul.The eyes stay with him even when he shifts and most of the time is a dead give away.
He likes to shift into a wolf most of the time, but will almost always be in his human form, unless he is having a rough day. His pelt is almost always black when he shift but is the animal or person does not have that color he will take the most common. He loves the color black and is almost always in that color, this is also one reason he is always seen in black and white with a pair of black army boots that he has on even in his uniform, though it is a break in the rules he really does not care. When you see him out of school you will almost always find him with a cigarette between his lips, and on his side is a tattoo of a dragon that climbs from the front of his happy trail up around his back and over his shoulder. If you look closely you can see a cloud in the corner of his right eyes,it is caused by blindness.
Personality
Overall Personality: Discreet- Echo does not like to talk about himself or well anyone else to be honest. He very rarely lets on about what he will do next and most people avoid even talking to him due to his closed nature. Elegant- He has a very elegant personality being very formal and always speaking as if he were raised in a very large castle. This goes great with his elegant movements and the way he carries himself. Faithful- you may not know it but he is very Faithful to anyone who can get him to trust them,though that can be very hard on its own. He would do anything for someone he loves even kill or die for them if asked to do so. Focused- If Echo gets started on something there is no stopping him from finishing that he will continue till it is done or he dies.
Independent- Echo likes to do things on his own, he is very to himself and if he can do it without anyone in his way then he will. Normally Echo would have to be forced to work with someone else but he is getting better little by little. Observant- Echo watches a lot of what goes on around him, he is happy to just sit quiet and watch the people around him learning things others might not know when they are talking. Invisible- Echo is very good at being this and most people don't even know he is around even though he was with them for hours. He will let others forget him and most of the time will slip away with them wondering where he went hours later.
Obedient- This is an odd thing to say about him because this is not always there for it only comes out for the people he truly cares for. He would do anything the people he loved asked of him and he would do this with no question asked. Stubborn- well who isn't a little stubborn every now and then, but well Echo can take this two a whole new level and has a few times when he was young most of the time this meant he would rather pass out then admit he had not learned the new trick his master had shown him. Anxious- Yes this is him as well, if you watch him close you will notice that he is always moving no matter what. This could be something as small at grinding his teeth to something as big as walking back and forth always wondering what would happen next. Blunt- Echo is not one to put a sugar coating on anything so don't ask him if you don't want the truth and nothing but. He is not afraid to hurt anyone's feelings and will always tell it as it is.

History
Family Members/guardians: His grandma Lilly who had not even known about him but found out when his parents were killed, due to him being who he is.
History: Echo was born to a very normal family in Japan, though they were not rich they got by and loved each other with everything they had. Echo Loved his father and mother and tried his best to make them happy getting great grades in school and living a normal life until he was 10 years old. On their way home from a late dinner one night the family was jumped by a large group of gang members, Echo and his father had some skill in fighting due to father son classes they had taken but nothing prepared them for the leader who pulled out a sward and showed how skilled he was. Echo's father put up as good of a fight as one could in a hand to sward fight but couldn't hold him off long enough for the young child and his mother to get away.
Echo turned back just in time to watch the man cut down his father and chase after them, his mother screamed after him to run and not look back no matter what. He was used to this sound because for some reason it was said in all of the movies we watched so he knew what was going to happen and blocked out his mothers scream after the first high note. In the movies the kid always got away but this was not a movie and soon he was grabbed from behind, he waved his arms and kicked forgetting all of his training and trying anything he could to get away. This was the first time he shifted, first his bones broke one at a time as they changed and shifted to other places in his body, then he was covered in black fur and sharp fangs bit the human lip before it was gone to. This caused him to cry out in pain it felt like his body was on fire and it also caused his attacker to let go dropping the now black cat that looked up at him with bright ice like eyes. the eyes of the boy he was sent out to kill by a man he didn't even know. To this day Echo has no idea what happened from his tenth birthday to his 13th after a fight and a black out he was left with a big space in his life. At 14 he got a job and worked to pay for fighting lessons in every art he could vowing to find the man who killed his parents and tried to kill him.
He was living on the streets to afraid to stay in one place for to long, then the police got a hold of him for fighting and participating in a gang, he was fast moving to a place his mother and father never wanted him to be in. Echo was placed into seven foster homes and moved to four different foster care places before he turned 18 and left joining back up with the gang he was ripped from. He started smoking and doing some heavy drugs until again he was caught by the police who killed two of his closest friends, this caused him to get so angry that he shifted for the second time in his life and soon learned the pain was a sort of get away from the world. He passed out again but this time he was a large black wolf and the police had stuck him in a large box. That was how he ended up at the school a dog........ after that no one even tried to talk to him and he liked it that way, so he would stand alone and smoke his cigarettes and watch learning all he could about the people and place that he now called a family and a home. This would make him scoff ever time and he would mutter to himself "More like hell to me".

RP Sample: Echo quietly played one of his favorite games of all time, Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, on the Game Cube they had in the Game Room. It was amazing here. N64, Wii, PlayStation 1,2 & 3, they had everything! It was a gamer's heaven, and Echo was glad that he could use it for free. Gaming was the one place that Echo felt truly at home. When he was slashing at Decu Babas and finding bottles in LOZ or absolving and punishing souls in Dante's Inferno or solving puzzles with Professor Layton. But if there is one thing he could not contain himself with about video games, it was the focus of music in them. Even the 16-bit sounding songs of Phoenix Wright gave an emphasis to the game. The accordions and violins of Professor Layton gave the game it's trademark mysterious and quizzical nature, while the loud drums and guitars of Zelda made you feel like you were actually on an adventure!
Books were one way of allowing Echo into another world, while video games were also his way of escape. As he ate from a bowl of Cool Ranch Doritos, something his father never allowed in the house due to the fact they were packaged, Echo let the songs of Clock Town flow through the darkened room as he wandered the stony and towny landscape.
