Power: Voice Manipulation- This is Rias' strongest power having it since she was young, she is capable of manipulating her voice, allowing her to control her voices to imitate sounds of creatures such as animal noises and explosions or increase or decrease the tone of her voice. The catch is that she can only copy the sound if she touches the person when they are talking allowing her to feel and hear the sound of the persons voice.She also can not hold the voice in her head for more then two days so she can only use it for about 24 hours at the most.
Voice Projection- She can make her voice come from somewhere else, even great distances or somewhere where she isn't physically present.The catch for this one is that she has to be close to someone in the other room and or bee on the other side of the wall to throw her voice into the room. She can only do this for about an hour then it fades and it also gives her a sore voice causing her to lose it for three days. She is really no goo at throwing her voice for long distances only when she gets really mad.
Empathic Voice- She can manipulate the emotions of other sentient beings through their voice, this is strictly limited to very small amounts and she cant even control it all the time. This sometimes means she can cause others to get very upset about something they don't want to get mad over because she is speaking with a harsh tone. The only thing she controls well in this is calming people down being the way she is she likes peace.

Appearance: Looking at Rias is sometimes confusing because her hair draws you in due to its color and long length, but don't just stop there its not fair to judge someone on their hair even when its a very light pink and has a different soft silky feel to it. She does die it though keeping it this color and from returning to its very light orange color. If your eyes can move past that you will see that she has very large very blue very doe like eyes that are most always shining with a happy bubbly glow. Many get lost in them due to the deep blue color and then starts speaking how they wish their eyes were bigger like hers. Her round face is always free of makeup aside from a little black eyeliner she likes to keep it natural, its round and smooth no marks on it but is also slim enough to make it and ok face, even when she thinks its to small. Now she is very short though her chest area is not very large it is not super small either and this helps to shape her hour glass figure also causing button downs to look very tight on her, causing her to try and shy away from them as much as possible.
Rias' skin is a fair color very light though it has a tanish glow to it, she does not burn or tan very well and most of the time wont get any darker then a very light tan color. her legs are long even though she is short and are very smooth unblemished and athletic looking due to the frequent runs and boxing workouts she likes to do. Now to get to her clothes, most always you will find her in black and hot pink but sometimes she will where a different color with her black........ sometimes. She loves dresses that are tight and show off her shape though when she works out its most always a black tank and hot pink short shorts to keep her cool in the gym. She likes to have her longest parts of her hair pulled up a lot of the time but will sometime let them down, they will most always fall to the back of he knees and are always silky and shining a very well kept part of her.
Personality

Positive:
* Caring- She is a super caring person and will always go out of her way to help someone in need if she can.
* Adventurous- Rias is very adventurous and can most likly be talked into doing anything no mater the danger it feeds off of her fearlessness.
* Honest- Rias feels that honesty is the best thing to have and will most always tell you the truth even if it is super harsh, this sometimes conflicts with her gentle side.
* Fearless- Well she is very fearless always willing to join in with the boys when they are doing something dangerous and not afraid to stick up for herself.
* Gentle- This is a trait that comes out a lot in her when someone is hurt, she has a sort of way of picking around and speaking in a very gentle tone a side effect of her powers is the reason she can go from trough to gentle in a matter of seconds.[/ul]
Negative:
* Gullible- Rias can be easily tricked into trusting someone or doing something due to this, she will try to trust everyone as soon as she sees them and they are nice to her, this causes her to get plaid a lot.
* Jealous- Yes you may not always see this but it is a big part of who she is, this was installed into her bye her mother who never let anyone have what she wanted.
* Possessive- Again not something a lot of people see much but if Rias has something no one else can have it, this is a fear she has of losing something she once had.
* Stubborn- But aren't most girls stubborn, this trait plays into her fearlessness and most always gets her hurt in a way.
* Touchy- Sometimes Rias can be very touch about things people do and say, what it is determines how she reacts like anything along the lines of love are a very odd and sometimes emotional ride with her.[/ul]
Likes:
* Training- Rias' father pushed her to do this her whole life after finding out about her power, He didn't want her to use them and so he was sure to push her hard.
* Quiet nights with someone she loves- Rias loves to lay with people she loves or good friends, she loves to spend time talking, tickling, and laughing with them all because she was never allowed this chance as a child.
* Hot pink and black- Well yes this is a big like for her because her parents never liked what she did to her hair or the black clothes that she has on but she still enjoys it and always has it on when she can.[/ul]
Dislikes:
* Judgmental people- Rias hates when people that don't even know other people start to judge them right away. She had lived with this her whole life in France and is tired of it.
* Her accent - Rias is very careful to hold back her french accent and hide it but sometimes it slips out when she is super tired or gets very upset but it almost always happens when she uses her power and throws her voice.
* Getting hurt- Rias hates to get hurt, not because of the pain but because it makes her feel weak, like she cant stand up for herself and has failed in everything she worked so hard for.[/ul]
Extra: Rias has the power to change her voice thus she tends to sing a lot when she is alone to help train her voice, her songs are almost always sad and when your around her it will pull you in sometimes causing her emotion to transfer into yours. Her biggest fear is falling in love or finding good friends because she fears losing them, She lost everything and everyone she ever had when he father offered her up for testing and she was saved to be brought here for the rest of her life.

History

History: Rias was born to some of the most amazing parents, though they were young, they did everything they could to give their baby girl what she needed. She always was aloud to express herself and even when she made mistakes she was supported and encouraged to fix what she did or live with it without ruining her life. She was home schooled and taught by her mother and father who took turned working nights and days, Rias was growing at a sort of odd pace and soon they noticed that she was done growing at the height of a normal 14 year old though she grew more around her chest area and hips she kept the thin athletic build through out the rest of her life. Rias' mother was always so sweet and she was starting to notice more and more how amazing her mother and father worked together to help each other when asked and even when they didn't tell one another it always seemed like they knew what the other was thinking.
Soon Rias grew into a smart young girl and boys started to notice her more and more, she decided to start dying her hair pink and it soon stuck looking very right on the girl due to the odd bright blue eyes. Her father soon started to notice the boys as they started to make it a point to touch her shoulders or walk by the house as she practiced her boxing and that's when things started to change. Rias' father started to train with her working her harder and harder till she was crying in pain and her hands would split open,"You will fight till you cant feel the pain anylonger Rias do you understand me". His words would ring out in her mind as she struck the punching bag over and over again standing there day in and day out bleeding crying then finally it happened, she couldn't feel it something snapped in her and she punched the bag till her grabbed her arms forcing her to stop the hits that rubbed her hands raw.
As she grew she noticed her father and mothers arguing about her one day, her mother was mad that he forced her to train all day to fight till she was bleeding and spar with her not holding back his own hits even as they connected and broke her bones. She listened as he told her mother that the world would never go easy on her and that there were men out there that would hurt her rape her. She ran into the kitchen seeing the tears in his eyes and the her mothers wrapping her arms around them she cried saying it was ok and that she would train harder and do better for them and that she didn't want to see them fighting. Rias held up her promise training hard getting better and even protecting herself better from her father who apt up his game on her, one day during practice she started to sing her powers that she didn't know about grabbing the attention of a young child who was walking down the street with his mother. It happened so fast Rias didn't noticed her singing was the cause of the blank look on the child till he pointed at her as a car speeding down the road honked and smashed into him killing him on impact and and leaving his eyes burned into her head as she watched the mother drop screaming for her child to wake up. That's when the men came to get her, they stormed the house and grabbed her even as she fought them off there were to many and she screamed for her father and mother finally spotting them as they stood watching tears running down their faces as the men took her away.
She couldn't remember all of the tings they did to her the room was so white and they only thing she was aloud to feel was the pain they inflicted to force her to use her voice to strengthen her powers so they could fins a way to use her. In the middle of a test one day a strange man walked in and she flinched knowing the pain she was going to go through but the click and release of her hand surprised her as she was lifted into his arms and carried away to the school where she was no longer tortured and treated like a lab rat, now this is where she lives still new and still confused.
