Power: Ayako is a cat morph. This means she can shift certain parts of her body into the body parts of a cat, including Fangs, claws, ears, and a tail. Her tail provides balance and a gility, while her ears give her better hearing than most others. Her fangs and claws provide her with other means of fighting than her lucky dagger. Her powers, however, can only be used for about an hour at a time. After using them for so long, she has to rest for at least thirty minutes before using them again.

Appearance: Ayako has long, black hair that she usually keeps up in a ponytail. Her eyes are blue, and she has a narrow face. She’s shorter than most people her age, but not too much so. She normally wears a bow in her hair; Red if in her uniform, blue if not.

Her build is actually a bit muscular due to her powers, however still very slim. Her hair actually has a bit of a curl to it, but you can only see it if her hair is down {Which is rare.} Her height is approximately 5’4”. Her eyes are a very light shade of blue.

Personality

Positive:

[/b]- Ayako is pretty intelligent. She often thinks out plans of attack, how certain actions would improve her chances, etc.
* Warm-hearted- Ayako wants to protect most people she meets. She feels like everyone deserves to be cared for, though she only expresses this through her actions.
* Alert- Ayako is always alert and cautious. Though this does have some downsides, Ayako uses it to get a hold of most situations and tends to have a good understanding of things.
* Outgoing- Ayako is extremely outgoing, always talking and laughing. She makes friends with most everyone, though does create enemies now and then.
* Charismatic- Ayako is very charismatic, charming most without really realizing it.
* Awkward- Ayako is pretty awkward, and this only adds to her charismatic trait. She actually gets embarrassed really easily.[/ul]

Negative:

[/b]- Ayako is extremely headstrong. If she thinks something, she’s most likely going to fight for it. She also tends to keep with her own thoughts until proven wrong.
* Impulsive- Ayako, despite being intelligent, tends to act impulsive. When she thinks strongly of something, she’ll most likely do/say it before thinking.
* Unintentionally Rude- Being a bit dishonest has even more downfalls, unfortunately. She often makes rude comments in her lying, not really noticing them.
* Dishonest- Ayako feels she has to be dishonest, being on the Battle Front and all. She often lies through her teeth, though, because she wants to be honest.
* Socially Cautious- As result of her cautious trait, Ayako tends to close her true self off from most others.
* Argumentative- Ayako is extremely argumentative. She’ll argue about most anything she believes in, and has to forcibly bite her tongue so she won’t talk about or argue with a prefect. [/ul]

History

Family Members/guardians: She has an older brother and a mother.

History: Ayako was born in California while her parents were on their vacation with her brother. They went back to Japan soon after her birth. Her parents split up soon after, when she was only three years old, and her mother, brother and she went to go live with her aunt in Washington State.

At the age of twelve, strange things started happening to Ayako. Her mother had finally let her have a cat, and one day she had been outside playing. She reached out to touch it, realizing she had… claws. She told her mother at once.

And so, Ayako was tested, questioned by the government, and so on. Soon after, her mother and aunt stopped talking to her, and she was left alone with her brother. She sensed that he was actually afraid of her, just like the rest, but he stood by her.

Soon after testings seemed to be slowing down, Ayako was sent to Ashford. She immediately hated it; the confinement ate at her slowly and slowly until it was too much to bear. She eventually learned of the Battle Front, and joined some time after.

RP Sample: Ayako smiled as she stroked the white cat. Finally… Mom let me have a cat! she thought to herself excitedly. Her brother came out of the house, the slamming screen door alarming her of his presence. “Dinner’s ready.” He said, smiling. “Thank you!” She replied, looking at him.

As he left, she turned back to the cat. “It would be so easy to be a cat, I bet! You don’t have to worry about a thing, do you?” And when she reached to pet it once more, she noticed… something. Her nails were long, hard… Sharp. Almost like the claws on the very cat in front of her. Her eyes widened in surprise as she stood quickly, rushing into the house.
