The Balearic Islands is another of the Autonomous Communities in which aid can now be requested for the energy rehabilitation of homes and buildings. A good opportunity to change the windows of the home, thus improving comfort and reducing monthly expenses.
Program 3 of Aid for rehabilitation actions at the building level
This program aims to finance works on buildings that improve energy efficiency.
Eligible actions:
Those that reduce the consumption of non-renewable primary energy by at least 30%.
In addition to the above, in buildings located in climatic zone C (according to the CTE), a reduction in the global annual energy Czech Republic Mobile Number List demand for heating and cooling of at least 25% must be achieved. There are specific cases exempt from this requirement that can be consulted in the official call.
The actions for which the subsidy is requested must have started after February 1, 2020. And the period to execute the works may not exceed twenty-six months.
Aid beneficiaries:
As in the rest of the Autonomous Communities, they can benefit from the Next Generation Funds:
Owners or usufructuaries of single-family homes and buildings.
Administrations, organizations and other public entities.
Communities of owners or groups of communities of owners.
Building leasing companies or concessionaires.
Program 4 to Aid Actions to Improve Energy Efficiency in Homes
Program 4 aims to finance actions or works that improve the energy efficiency of homes. It is in this program where the exchange of old windows for new high-performance ones is one of the most beneficial and viable actions. Eligible actions:
Those that are carried out in homes and which achieve a reduction in the global annual energy demand for heating and cooling of at least 30%.
The modification or replacement of construction elements of the thermal envelope, such as windows, to adapt their values to what is required in the CTE.
It is important to highlight that the rehabilitation agent's fees, among others, fall within the eligible amount.
