A prefect for a brother

so Cali needs her big brother! Seth Rosa is supposed to be 18 years old and a senior at Ashford. He and Cali are the children of two government agents who actually helped develop the Ashford Project. When they discovered they were gifted, their parents began to resent them and the two became close. Eventually they began training to be prefects and Seth was a prodigy, their parents beginning to pay more attention to him. Right now he's a prefect.

power's and middle name are up to you and my only request for face claim is that he at least look slightly similar to Cali (dark hair) and one pb I was suggested by Prokofiev is hibari kyoya.Personality and everything are up to you. Also, I ask that he doesn't know of Calista secretly being the battle front secon in command, could make for some fun threads. Well then, this kinda works out perfectly towards the type of character I was thinking of making. I would like a little bit more information on the history though, and other little things like that. I'll take the face suggested (Hibari kyoya) Since I had no plans for that.

Ooo great! So Seth was the first born son to Penelope and Sebastian Rosa, two government agents who hate the gifted and were two of the agents responsible for the Ashford Project. A year after his birth, Calista was born. At the time their parents were decent, but busy, and neglected their kids.

Then when Calista and Seth became thirteen they discovered their powers (how he discovered his is up to you). Their parents were shocked and devastated, and did everything to try and cure their 'defects' to no avail. The parents began to openly resent the two and Calista began lookin towards him as her only family. They were trained to be Prefects at Ashford and Seth excelled eventually regaining some of their parents attention. Upon entering Ashford, Calista hated it while Seth thrived.

Calista eventually joined the Battle Fromt and climbed the ranks to second in command, and acts as a spy within the prefects. Her brother has no idea and she is secretely trying to get him to join her and the Battle Front. That's pretty much everything from Cali's app...any questions? I tried to leave details concerning Seth a little vague so whoever took him had more freedom with it ^^

Lol, yeah, I noticed that. The main question I wanted to ask is how close they are really. Like are they near best friends brother and sister, or more "Hey, there's my sis/bro" type?

That's a bad question. Lemme reword it. Are they close enough to share some secrets with each other, obviously not all of them, as Cali is in the Battle Front, or do they just provide general support to one another?

Lol okay, well Cali adores him more than anyone, and he's probably her biggest weakness brcause him hating her is one of her fears. I imagine they're the best friend kinda brother/sister
