The library had always been a great place for Vi to kick back and let his hair down. Metaphorically of course...
Tall shelves stood back against the wall, and even then, shelves were lined up in rows upon rows. most schools simply had a small thin collection of short books that held no more than two chapters. But Ashford it seemed, had a bit more of a thing for stocking up on knowledge. Viren went his way among the towers of books, running his long finger along the dusty books, leaving behind a small trail where the dust had rubbed away.
He pinched what dust was in between his fingers, sighing in disgust. If they were to have a good build like this, you should take care of it at least.
But Vi was not worried in the least at the books hygiene. He had other business to attend to. But nonetheless... He'd have to speak to the librarian.
Viren's iced green eyes looks over the wide room with the decor of a wedding hall, how cliche. But, his eyes raked the scene for an empty seat or table. On the far side of the facility, a small wooden structure stood, by the looks of it, it had yet to be fixed by tending hands by it's chipping edges and wobbling legs. With yet another disapproving huff, he sat down in the equally horrid chair and opened the bag he had brought with him.
After his little 'fall' earlier he was done with the outside, nevertheless the students as well. He opened the small plastic bag with fragment of a phone inside, "Damn my size." he sighed, rest his chin on his palm and glaring at the bag's contents. Shrugging his worries away he concentrated on the problem at hand. He had to focus; buckle down and fix the phone.
His green eyes trained on the broken phone, something inside him clicked and the phone began to reassemble, only instead of a phone, a small projector took it's place. It was small, compact, and ready to use.
"YES!" he rejoiced, the result of his outburst was a nasty look from the librarian and a couple 'shhh's. Vi ducked his head and smirked a cocky smile. Inside he was still jumpy from the great feat.
Viren wrote furiously in a large notebook, drawing diagrams and terms that would make the regular student cringe. A great smile rose on his lips, he was so rapped up in his success he never noticed the student standing nearby staring at his back.
