Hanging on the board by a couple carelessly placed pieces of tape is a simple piece of notebook paper written on with elegant, possibly even girlish handwriting- the name seems to have been purposefully left off:

I've been having a little idea forming in my head recently, but I don't know if I can do it alone very well.

That's why I'm asking for anyone willing to help me break into the school after hours and take a few necessary items for my plans to work!
I'd really really appreciate it and when I'm done with everything I'll make sure everyone who participates will get to enjoy the final product once it's complete! Sorry anyone who doesn't want to help but I need something to bargain with, sorry
