Okay three things about Lily that I want to get the ball rolling on:
Lily has very little control over her powers. She has to think about it constantly, and while it has become a reflex to hold back the neurotoxin, it doesn't solve the problem. She needs training and she needs it fast, or she might hurt someone.
Because of her need to not feel emotion, she has only two modes of emotion, content and frustration. Content is the "default" emotion, which is a somewhat mild and "happy" demeanor. Frustration is the other emotion, where she is displeased but not enough to be angry or sad to emit a neurotoxin. She needs the other emotions as it's normal for a person to be... normal.
Lastly, she needs someone who can help her out in her stay at the school. She doesn't get along well with people in general as she is a bit awkward and weird. But she loves talking to people and gossip among other things. She just can't be normal while the other person might pass out from her abilities.
